Advanced Linerless labeling system

As pioneers in the Greek market with machine solutions that feature Linerless technology, the advanced automatic labeling system NOBAC 5000 from the English company RAVENWOOD, which we represent exclusively in Greece, has been added to our range.

This unique system combines a multitude of labeling applications on preformed containers. It is the ideal choice for labeling around the perimeter of packages (Full Wrap) in the SKIN type category as well as ready meals with the option of not using adhesive tape (Slideable).

It uses only a continuous roll of Linerless labels, which it cuts, dispenses and adapts to the containers according to the application. The benefits of this technology are that it produces more labels per roll and reduces management and storage costs compared to conventional labels. In this way, Ravenwood actively supports and contributes to the reduction of CO₂ emissions and environmental processes against waste.

The NOBAC 5000 takes up minimal space and can be easily integrated into existing production lines after packaging machines. It also offers the possibility of connecting to DIGI automatic weighing systems for direct printing of data on the label roll or with thermal transfer coding equipment.
